Iris aholics definition of final = The last one I'm going to buy or plant this year:

= unless one comes along that I can't live without.

= Unless Schreiners has an un believable sale on, and several of those on my wish list are on it.

=Unless I drive by an abandoned house and some lonely irises are sitting there waiting to be resqued.

Feel free to add your "unless" comments

By the way your red NOID is growing like wildfire. With about six inches of new growth it is definitely the fastest grower in the new bed.

I got my *final* order for the year this morning -- took the opportunity to order from Dee's Snowpeak Iris before it closes its doors.

I ordered For Lovers Only, Terracotta Bay, Thundering Ovation and Viking Dancer. Big beautiful healthy rhizomes -- and she included a bonus Iris as well.

Leslie, that red NOID is a good grower, and has never had an issue with rot for me. I've lost track of all of the places I've sent that one, but it's getting spread around the US pretty well.
