I live In Sarnia On., Where can I get some Plumeria plants and are they outdoor plant or do they need to be brought in the winter.

Yes these are outdoor tropical plants and they have to be protected and brought inside winter time. They are dormant on winter time so in some areas they are kept inside and kept dry.
I bought the majority of my collection as rooted plants from Brad Buds and Blooms.
