I was thrilled with how many tubers I could store in a tiny space with the cut and saran method. Still, I had WAY more than I can use. But I just can't stand to toss them! So, I just pot them up, pick what I am keep and give the rest away once they are a couple inches above the soil. I never have any trouble giving them away.

This year one of my friends who takes a great deal of my extras wants me to show him how to do the cut and saran method. So I'll have one less person to take my extras!
