Great Photo of the Before and After! Lady bugs are good for controlling Aphids. I hope you don't mind me adding this but The Lost Lady Bug Project is looking for people to collect Aphids. They send you a kit. It is for a good cause if anyone is interested in participating. I posted some links to the info here The thread "Do you have Aphids?" in Pests and Diseases forum.

I really didn't know that the lady bug had a larvae stage. I just never gave a thought about the lady bugs life cycle, but this has me interested in reading more about them.
