Of course there is. In fact, there's a whole slew of "part of a plant" entries including Bloom, Fruit, Cone, Leaves, etc. In the case of this flower, Entire Plant, Bloom, or Leaves could have each been an appropriate choice.

I think Elaine meant that she chose 'Entire Plant' even though technically, it's only part of the plant. Personally, I think entire plant is fine and I probably would have chosen it too.
