Multi image delete ; help in the Site Talk forum

I have a multi image that is incomplete. There is one tag that says "this image needs to be deleted " I have no clue as to how to go about this.

This is the image that had a tag that read "delete this image" I deleted the tag but no luck with the image.
I think the image might be one that was a duplicate and I didnt finish tagging.
Just a bit lost here, sorry.
