I sowed seeds of caraway and this is what I got.
Can anyone tell me what it is?

It resembles a Tagetes of some variety.

Anthemis
, and probably
Anthemis tinctoria
. Note that the bud shape doesn't match that of
Tagetes
, lacking the swollen stem at the base of the flower.
