This is growing in my brother's yard now, says I gave it to him I vaguely remember it no longer in my yard. Any ideas? It comes back bigger every year.

You really need to show the plant overall and the leaves if you want an ID... but based on what can be seen, and a general hunch, maybe Rudbeckia laciniata 'Goldquelle':

I will check to see if the leaves feel fuzy. He cut it and brought it over . I never got around to putting it in water so this morning it was pretty much wilty. I'll see if I pop it in some water if it perks up..

How tall is it? Rudbeckia laciniata 'Hortensia' (outhouse plant) also has double flowers and is very tall (5' - 8') while 'Goldquelle' (actually a hybrid with R. nitida, apparently) is supposed to be more compact (~3').
