Maybe 1/4 inch here. Low last night was 59.9°! Felt so cool this morning, had to put something warmer over my summer type clothes.

Was a gorgeous Saturday in the near 80's! Worked on the Greenhouse shelves as promised. It got down to 69º inside! First coat of paint is on. Hurray!

We were at a soccer game this afternoon for 8 yr olds. It was like watching the coaches herd cats! However, it was drizzly and cool. Stayed in the high 50s all day. Perfect fall day for here. We expect rain for a few more days. I won't complain. Promise!

We got another 1.5" yesterday. Still too wet to finish the stonework so I guess I'll have to find other things to work on.

Forecast is calling for more rain (40-60%) for the next 4 days here.

We are expecting some rain every day this week! I hope the weather guy is right this time! Glad you got some rain, even if it does mess up your rock work!

Rained another 0.8" yesterday. It's either 'feast or famine' here when it comes to rain, LOL!!!

I spent the morning cutting my fall seed potatoes & got them coated with powdered sulfur so they'll be ready for planting sometime next week.

Unexpected rain overnight Thursday made some rearranging easier yesterday morning. Have sugar snap peas coming up. Warmer than usual, but no complaints here. Smiling

The rain has mostly avoided us this past week. Watered some today, things were really wilting.

I watered the pots today and did some transplanting. We're drying up after a deluge of rain last week that I missed being out of town. It was about 90º today. I feel like these warm days are numbered.

Wednesday night, we had a little misting. At 1:30 AM , it was storming. Heavy rain, lightning and thunder woke us up. We were glued to the tv watching the weatherman. The worst of the storm sat over Westlake for over an hour. I was sure the courtyard was going to flood but it didn't. We sat up until 3:30 when the worst of it had passed. We lost electricity a few times, but it came back on. Lots of flooding in Austin and surrounds.
Thursday morning our rain gauge had 5", but the neighbor's had 5 1/2 inches. Over the next couple of days, we had over three more inches. Grateful for the rain, just wish we could have spread it out a little more! Hard to believe it was the remnants of the hurricane, Odile!
Now it's just hot and muggy.
I thought for sure you would have gotten some of the weather, Linda.
