Rob, If I ever need knee or hip replacement, I'll keep the parts they take out and send them! Or if I have my teeth pulled some day you can plant the old ones! Rolling on the floor laughing Rolling on the floor laughing

I heard from Judy, and she was able to get All Smiles and Soft Side for me at the Texas Sale, So I'll have to add another 2 to my list of purchases. I'm really excited to get them. Hurray! Now I may have to put a small extention on some bed to find room for them.

I had a person come yesterday and bought 15 irises. (a repeat customer) and I have a guy driving down about an hour and a half to come and get some today. He said he has about 30 on his list. He also is a repeat customer. So I'll be digging irises again today.

At least you will have some iris activity going on, Tom. Glad you got two new ones coming.

This guy who is coming today had come down at bloom time with his family, and I know he was making a list then. When I hadn't heard from him, I thought maybe things changed and he wasn't going to get any this year, as it's getting late. When he called last night, he said he wanted to make sure he had a new bed ready before he came, and that he has been working lots of hours, so it took him a while to get ready for them.

Yes, I'm excited, even though it's late, at least I know I have them.

Bonnie, he got about 25 last year, and said that all but a couple bloomed for him this spring so I know he takes good care of them. When he came this summer, his wife said, "Honestly, I don't know why he wants any more", then when she was walking around looking at them she would say."Oh honey, put this on one your list, and this one, and this one, and . . . . . ." It was really funny! Hilarious!

Well, they just left. Such nice people. They bought 35, some talls and some smalls, and I gave them a bunch too go with them. 2 1/2 hours. Gardeners are such friendly people. They have an hour and a half drive home yet. Also gave them some cantaloupe and tomatoes to go with the irises.

Mmmm.Soft Side's a pretty one.

Yesterday I got Cherry Tart in the mail. Paid for one, got two. Just about running out of space, but
it's a dwarf with a pretty blue beard! Maybe room for just a few more....Rob's sending me a couple. Smiling

I tried to look it up in the data base, but no picture of Cherry in there yet.

It is a beautiful little iris. It has a blue beard. There are some posted under the name Cherry Tart on various sites that do not have blue beards. That is a mis-named iris.

We're hoping the parts remain in tact for a few years! Hilarious!
