It is a shrub OR a small tree. The fragrance is to die for. It does smell like brewed tea but with sweet thrown in.

It was a daylily but more of a "named plant" - for a very special memory garden. But if interested, Homestead Farms has a nice list of daylilies, some are on clearance/sale too...

Thanks Lin, I will check them out. I did finally find several who sell them. Better prices too @ $14 for a gal. but alas, none are listed in our greenpages. I'm going to have try one & see how the company does.
