Is there a sweet potato that does NOT taste sweet?

I am looking for the least sweet variety possible. I just can not tolerate the sweetness of the ones I've found in the stores.

Thanks for any suggestions

All sweet potatoes have some sweetness, that is why they are called sweet potatoes. They do come in a variety of sugar levels, textures, and moisture content. Some of the white fleshed varieties, White Triumph for example, have dry semi sweet flesh that is only a bit sweeter than an Irish potato
