I noticed this spider late morning outside in a plastic bin. It is an inch and a half in diameter counting legs.

There's far too many spiders to say which species it is for sure, you would often need a specimen to determine it by shape of the 'palps' in a male which this is, or the 'epigynum' of the female unless it has unique features.

You're welcome Toni. The boxing gloves are used by the male during reproduction, they can split which often leads to death.
