Yes, Kent's right about the ID, and all of the photos in that entry do belong there, Seedfork. I have this plant springing up all over the place on my property and those photos are good illustrations of the various stages it goes through.

It's Euphorbia lathyris, as noted (and the photos do all appear to be of the same species).
