They're all in top condition and they're all lovely. Do you take cuttings to hold over winter?

Thank you for the kind words. Have never brought coleus in before, but have accumulated so many this year that I am trying. Have already made cuttings and am planting in 3" pots. Have 2 trays with plant lights ... will give it a try. Last year I overwintered 2 very large hibiscus plants and it was an awful struggle with insects. I sprayed them with a systemic about a month before being brought in ... and then again the night before. All went well for about a month and then all "H" broke loose. Was a battle all winter long.
Hope that doesn't happen with the coleus. Am wondering if I would have to individually water each of the pots, or could just put water in the tray. Any suggestions most welcome.

Having a spare tray is the ideal answer so you can put the water in the tray and remove the inner tray (that holds the plants) and put them into a dry tray. More plants are lost to overwatering than under watering.
