On a scale of 1-10, this is the plant both hummers and bees agreed rated a 10 - Antigonon leptopus, which I've heard called 'coral vine' and 'queen's wreath'.
True but they are on the invasive list for both Fl. & Texas.

That's true, Ann. It probably would be in most of Florida and it may be along the coast and in the valley of Texas, but it won't be cold hardy in my part of Texas. It will have to be a container plant.
It's easy to see how they became so popular. They are gorgeous. I have admired them for, well, since the first time I saw them 50 or so years ago.
