Has this been hanging outside?
I could be totally off base here, but they almost appear to me, to be spider eggs/sacks?
The first pic is a little to blurry for my old eyes, but... Shrug! that's what it reminds me of.

Are you asking about the white things?
I believe they are Tubercles. Small aerial tubers. A form of reproduction.
(And they sure do have a similar appearance to spider egg sacks!)

The little tubers will root and make more plants.
Here is a quirky video.

Hurray! How cool is that!!! Hurray!

I'm so glad that you popped in greene! I would have had no other clue, as I've never grown this vine.
Sure did look like a spider egg sack to me! Rolling my eyes.
Live and learn! Smiling Thumbs up

I agree
I am a strong believer in the simple fact is that what matters in this life is how we treat others. I think that's what living is all about. Not what I've done in my life but how I've treated others.

Too big to be spider egg sacs, I think. The biggest ones I've seen here were smaller than a dime.

Right color and texture, though, I'll say! The shape definitely suggests something that belongs to the plant.

I agree with greene, those are little tubers on your String of Hearts (Ceropegia linearis subsp. woodii)
