Don't laugh too hard...I've had it since 9/17/14, the day I took the photos. I have no idea if the deer will leave it alone or not. They love eating variegated sedums here so this dark one may remain in good shape.

I look forward to seeing the progress over the next year. I would even love to see a photo when it first starts peaking through the soil. Smiling

It's in a good spot for me to notice it in spring so I'll take a photo of the emerging foliage then.
