What kind of Penstemon?

I lost the tag for this. It was labeled as a penstemon but is quite different from all the other ones that I have.

Are you sure that's a Penstmon? The closest thing I could find is Digitalis obscura.

Carol, I am not sure its a Penstemon! I actually thought it was a type of Digitalis and my mom poo pooed me saying the leaves were all wrong. I will check that out now!

Looks more like Digitalis obscura (Willow Leaf Foxglove) to my eyes too.
