Looks like an Arabis sp., e.g. Arabis procurrens. What did the flowers look like? Unfortunately, the seed heads are cut off the plant in the photo.

Here are some photos of Arabis procurrens... take a look at the ones that show the foliage. Also, I wouldn't expect a detailed description but you could ask your neighbor what colour the flowers were and if they had 4 petals... should get an answer to the first question, at least.

It does appear to be some variety of Arabis. Thank you!

The really funny part....my neighbor and I are very close and we are always trading plants. If one of us needs something for a spot we go over to the others with a shovel and pick something out. I needed something to stabilize an small inclined area. She suggested this plant. But what is so funny is that I purchased another type of Arabis a few days before and had it planted near by! Too funny.
