Thanks so much for the identification. I will make labels now. Or at the very least, I will put it "my spiral-can't-live-without" notebook.
All my pots have a good drainage hole. A lot of the pots I buy at thrift stores, or even on sale in places like Old Time Pottery, don't have the drainage holes, but my husband drills them for me. The smaller porcelain type pots are the hardest to drill into. He's broken a few, but I don't get upset because I probably hadn't paid more than 50-75 cents for it.
The only time I got worried about excess water was last month when we had so much rain, and every day for such a long time. That's when I covered them up, but rolled the plastic up when the rain stopped periodically as I didn't want them to sweat. Since that kind of weather was unusual I'm not worried that this is going to be a regular chore for us.
Here's a picture of my Huernia:

Nothing like a thrift store pot, especially when they look as nice as yours! nodding

Thanks, Planto & Tarev for the in-depth info on the Crestation. I think Elfie's one actually presents the crest defasciation (i.e., a loosened from curved up dragon). So fascinate!

By the way, I need to find a suitable drill for making pot hole ...

Fiat,
You're welcome. Smiling I think there's a certain drill bit you have to use on glazed ceramic (I believe it's called "diamond tipped"). I think you can find one on eBay for like $9. It's imperative to use water while you drill or else it will overheat and you can break the drill bit or the pot.

Yes, you are right Planto. Diamond bit drill -- and use some water.

Thanks, Planto & Elfie. I'll find out where to get the Diamond tip drill (I don't purchase on ebay).
