Maybe you can be a seller! (you have so much spare time)

I sure want one or a dozen, if they're really as fragrant as you say. And if they are fragrant here. Plants act differently in different places.

A lavender crepe myrtle! I don't do pink, (at least not much in my warm colored garden) but lavenders/purples go very well. Now I will have to be on the lookout around here or ask some nurseries. That is just an awesome color Dave.

Like Paul, I just did the Google search as well and Biloxi on all the nursery sites is described as pale pink. Glare
This site has a lot of great shots and several fall into the lavender/purple range.

(and if anyone is looking to buy online, stay clear of the Aarons Nursery, it's a clear offshoot of the dreaded TyTy nursery)

The Muskogee is a confirmed purple/lavender crepe myrtle that I have many of. It is scented and I highly recommend it!

It may be that this crepe myrtle in question here is a Muskogee, too...

Also, 'Zuni' is a shorter cultivar with purple blooms. It gets to about 8 feet tall max. I have 3 of those and love them.

Cordon Bleu is a dwarf with purple blooms. It gets about 2 feet tall. I've had one of those for over 10 years and it's still about 18" tall!!
