Something I've wanted to do for a long time is create a place where I can interview interesting people in the gardening world and publish those audio interviews to the web, and I now am going to do it.

I already have a list of who I'd like to interview, but I wanted to give ya'll a chance to let me know if there's anyone out there that you'd really like to hear interviewed.

Book authors, managers of gardening companies, curators of public gardens, well known horticultural educators, etc...

I'd love to have your ideas!

Jerry or Jason Fischer at Orchids Limited. I would prefer them to be video interviews.

Barry Schlueter has been hybridizing roses and hibiscus for longer than I've been growing them. I'd love to hear him talk about his work in these areas, what he's learned dealing with the various organizations--and the plants, of course.

I don't know how you would manage this, but I'm sure we would ALL love to hear an audio interview with someone who has created a successful gardening website (or two).

Dave Whitinger comes to mind. You are very knowledgeable. Maybe someday down the road you could talk to us yourself.

I think Skype has a video feature so no one would have to leave their computers.

Skype charges a fee if there is more than one other person watching the video
