There are many in the neighborhood. It is a tract of houses landscaped about 25 years ago.

My nursery just got notice it's considered invasive in NY state. Those of us that already have them should treasure them. Mine has never reseeded. II don't know if it's the straight species or a cultivar. It's euonymus alatus that is now outlawed. That's the common burning bush.

They are very invasive in this area, you can see them growing all through the woods around here.

Ours must be hybrid,they behave themselves.

Thanks Jo Ann.....Those are on a slope behind a big box store. I'm always on the look-out for something that is picture worthy.....

We haven't had our first frost yet, so not all of the trees are showing color. Here's the view across the road from my house:




Once it gets colder, we should have more color. Right now, I am just happy that it's been raining.
