Natalie, this is one of my favorite spring flowers too. It has such an airy quality to it. And unlike the hybrids, wild columbine always comes true to seed, so I know I can always depend on seeing the same beautiful yellow and red year after year.
Betty, I am notorious for gathering seeds and scattering them just to make sure they grow everywhere!
I have some growing here some years there are a lot other years not so many.
