this is a pic from bot garden in april. am not sure if those are flower buds or seed pods.
i am assuming it can be smth rare. it reminds me of hoyas, but 'the buds' are not clustered.

wow, thank you! that was a great link. i think actually we were taking pics of the same plant in bronx BG. within a day or two literally, but the difference is amazing. so these are just the future seed pods as it were...
i'll keep an eye on it - i am not sure, but i think i know where it is located - so will go visit again. the google pics are totally amazing and it seems it's rather easy to grow too. and is loved by hummers.. i put it on my specials list for the future!
