I will check tomorrow for the black pots

You can pick up what I have....I am still missing 16 varieties. They are on the boat that is delayed because of a slowdown at the port from dock workers.

Let me know as I still have to collect your order.

Lilies are going to be shipped this week. 4 left last Thursday, 11 will leave today and the rest later this week when the balance arrives. When it leaves, you will get an email with the notification from FedEx.

Hi Bert, for some reason my silly outlook express is not working. So if you sent me an email, I won't get it until my email straightens up. But I am super excited about my incoming bulbs. Thanks so much for this Group Buy.

I'm not in a hurry Bert. It's raining the rest of the week, so, I wouldn't go out and plant them anyway.

Got my bulbs yesterday. Thank you, Bert. Everything looks great. I can't hardly wait to get them in the ground. I put them down in the basement in the north corner where it is cooler and darker. Do you think that will be okay for them for a while or do you think I should pot them into pots and then plant them outside when the weather and ground warm up? It might be a month or so before they can be planted outside.

Jeanne, I always start my lily bulbs in pots and put them under lights to give them a good start before planting, of course I harden them off outdoors slowly before planning in ground.

Keep them as cold as possible.....close to freezing....but if the sprouts start to grow, maybe 1/2 inch, then I would put them in pots to protect the sprout and grow it straight. Do not take them out of the plastic since they would dry out. Do take them out of the box or at least keep the box open.

I planted all mine this afternoon! (My order wasn't as big as some, so it was doable.) Loved the digger! Thanks for that gift; it helped.

Funny story, one of our cats is named Lily. Lily loves to sit outside with us in warm weather and the past day or two are the first such warm days this year. One group of lily bulbs I planted just inside the border of one of the new beds, and covered with some pine shavings to mark the area temporarily.

I was sitting outside, with Lily the cat, later on, and suddenly she got up and trotted right over to that spot and lay down on it and started rolling around. I swear she read my mind, about the new "Lily bed."

Hilarious! Hilarious! Hilarious!
