This is very inspiring. It makes me want to learn so much more about using herbs as medicine.

He echoes my love for building soil and how the health of the soil leads to more nutrient dense food.

I think herbal medicine must be the latest old-new frontier. As we learn how much plants can do for us we also learn that we have barely tapped the surface of concepts like "adaptogens" and "modulation"-- actions that prescription drugs can never have.

@Anderwood, I am so glad you are here. The podcasts are Great. I have been listening to Diego and Jack since they began and have learned SOOOO much. I have just started the Sam Coffman episode on herbs. I would love to get proficient.... I am taking small steps. I absolutely believe in their health benefits. Now I just need lots of learning. Thanks for bringing these topics up.
