Most of my 'wants' are on the list because they are shown as rebloomers, or are short guys, or both. Have a handful of Arilbreds on the list specifically because I saw Donald's (needrain) photographs in the database. Probably work up a more extensive wish list next year after I see the Spring blooms and decide which ones should be rehomed.
It’s okay to not know all the answers.

Debra - you got that right! As soon as all the new pics get posted I am sure to change my want list! It certainly increased my "got" list this year!! Hilarious! Hilarious!

Well, I'm not going to list them, but there are about 15 Dykes winners that I am "short', so I would add those. And "almost' any that would fit in my "Indian Themed" beds. And there are several Re's that I would add, if they happened to come my way. But adding any of the above "want's" will require making a new bed ! But, there are some "blank spots" in my existing beds, that are just waiting for:
Whitecloud
Blackhawk
Maid Of Astolat
Claribel
Catawba Ruby
Osage buff
Sapphire Jewel.....had this one, and lost it !
Dark Crystal..........had this one, and lost it!
Chumash Chief.....Spuria
Sunny Day.............Spuria...Got it this year, but I have my doubts about it making it !
Erik The Red..........SIB........Got it this year, but I have my doubts about it making it!
And ,of course, there's about 65,000 others out there, that may find there way, a few at a time ,of course, on to one of my lists!

Marilyn,
You need to keep 'Absolute Treasure' and 'That's All Folks' on your list. I'm kind of "meh" about Pep Rally. Of course it didn't help that it got a little Roundup drift when I was trying to kill the Euphorbia from hell this year. It's cute, but doesn't knock my socks off.

It is and if you see it blooming it may make you think 'why did I want this one again?'. I have had some on my list that I had seen photos of and when they bloomed for me they were either the wrong shade, like purple instead of blue, or were washed out and did not have much substance. Sometimes an iris that I thought was ho-hum can bloom and captivate me. Just more iris fun.
Thro' all the tumult and the strife I hear the music ringing; It finds an echo in my soul— How can I keep from singing?

That's why it's so great to visit the iris fields when they are in bloom! nodding nodding nodding ...and why it's helpful to get advice from others who grow them! Hurray! So if any of you want to chime in with suggestions...yea or nay this seems like a good thread to share that experience. (At least I would appreciate the feedback, I can't speak for others) Rolling my eyes.

Pam, it's easy not to look at next year's introductions, as they're not out yet! Only Tempo Two. Rolling on the floor laughing Then when we see all of the blooms next spring that people post, we'll add all kinds of them to the list, and Brad will go to the West Coast and take some more of those great pictures, and the list just keeps growing. Sighing! *Blush*

I saw two on the lists that I may have a large enough clump to trade/let go for postage next season: Spartan and Pinnacle.
Spartan is often mixed up with Saturday Night Live so have to await bloom time to confirm.

Greg, I got several on your list this year.. I did get 'Variegated Wonder' instead of 'Wonders Never Cease', because I'm a sucker for variegated foliage. I'm looking forward to spring.. Hopefully, I'll have a better percentage of bloom this coming year (praying for a normal winter).

Bonnie... yes! Darned deceptive photos!!

Marilyn- Field trip this spring!

I drove by Joe's house today. There was only one bloom.. He's got a "farm" in Corralitos, South of here. I don't imagine it would be hard to set up a visit.

I'm planning on having an open garden this spring. Y'all are invited Welcome!
