Most of my plants are in the garden all year (I am in the subtropics). I renew them, if needed, by striking cuttings when bushes get old and woody. Interestingly, I get new cultivars that spring up as volunteers. I can only guess at the parentage. I keep my eye out for these tiny seedlings. This is a recent, attractive one of reasonable size.
The photo is not of the plant at its best. It was growing amongst rapidly expanding papaya roots and I had to move it, which it didn't like.
I think this is one of the parents which is nearby.
