Valery, and
with Hetty. You can plant an assortment of veggies and greens, and we're getting into cooler nights so the cool weather things like carrots, beets, peas and spinach will do well if planted now.
We have nematodes occurring naturally in our soil in most of Florida, so on the raised bed question, well yes you'll most likely do better with a raised bed amended with lots and lots of compost. Many counties have excellent free compost available at the local landfill that is the best possible thing to fill your raised bed with. You do have to go get it, and load it yourself (or borrow someone with a strong back and a shovel).
If you plant tomatoes and peppers now, you will need to have an old sheet or cardboard box handy to cover them on the few cold nights we do expect in December/January. If you let them get too cold at night, they will stop setting fruit for a while, but if you cover, the warmth from the ground keeps them just that little bit warmer so they don't stop and pout on you. You can plant tomatoes as late as February or March, and get a good harvest before the hot nights shut them down around late May or early June. Look at some tropical veggies to grow through the summer, eg. calabaza and chayote do well, as do sweet potatoes.
