I love sitting outside on a fall day , watching the leaves fall
and eating a pomegranate..
That is exactly what I am going to
do in a few minutes from now!

Please, I cannot tell from the photo. What size is that Pomegranate?

I also love them. Hurray! We were given a small Pomegranate plant two years ago and it healthy but sure is slow growing. I'm not sure how long we must wait for the fruit to arrive. but I think it's maybe 5 or 7 years.

We love pomegranates also, and can't wait for them each fall. It is such a nice treat for us, and we use them in recipes as well.

Can anyone offer some suggestions about the culture. How they grow in your area?

Haha
Gardengus
that is the easy and less messy way to eat pomegranates
Good for you in the cup already ready to eat at the grocery store!
They do stain your clothes ..and hard to cut and pick it out
as I do!
Sheri/sheridragonfly Thumbs up

The ready-to-eat seeds kind is too expensive for me.
I usually open the pomegranate in a bowl of water to keep everything clean.
The arils sink and the white pith floats to the top. Easy-peasy!

I eat it like popcorn one kernel at a time , teased out of the tight confines of the segments. I admit it is tedious but rewarding. Drooling
