Are these heirloom and their seeds make more Kumato; hybrid and their seeds make tomatoes, but not necessarily Kumato; or seeds that are sterile and don't produce new food at all?

they are supermarket bought, and taste great, that is, if you like them sweet.

I am not sure how they grow from seed as there is lots of different info out there.

If one experimented with growing Kumato seeds from super market Kumatoes, it would probably be wise to keep them away from other tomatoes until one saw what the growing habits and fruit results were for several generations.

We have had tomato plants spring up out of compost, that made beautiful plants with no fruit. The seeds were sterile.

Syngenta is on the evil Revelation 18:22,23 list, but that doesn't mean all of the products are evil. It would be nice if big pharma did some good for a change.
