has anybody tried this? I have a 6 x 8 HF GH just put in this fall and...surprise surprise...I really need more space. Was thinking of attaching either another 6 x 8 or an 8 x 10 to it. anybody ever try this and have any experience to share?

I have never done it but see no reason why you can't. I guess the question is whether you would rather have a long, 6'x16' GH or two greenhouses, back to back. With joined GH's, you could have doors at opposite ends which would have advantages. With a back-to-back layout, you could build another one practically any size you wish. You would just have one door facing one way and the other door facing another way unless you put them side-to-side rather than back-to-back.

The Harbor Freight Blog has a few pages about joining two 10 x 12' Harbor Freight GH's together. It can be done. But two different brands and two different sizes? IDK??

Mine would be HF. I will check out the HF blog. Didn't realize they had one. I've pretty much decided I will add one more GH and then I will have a 6 x 16. I will remove the door between the two and replace with solar pool roll up. That way I can keep all the plants that need warmer in one section. I will put planting areas in the ground in one of them (totally solves that problem of what containers are "safe") with a brick walkway.
Of course when I say "I" I really mean I will help my husband who is always the "consulting engineer". Haha
Thanks for the HF blog info.
