The irises are responding to this month's rain with lots of new growth. The temperature has been fairly mild - no frost yet.

We've had a couple of hard frosts already -- but today is in the 70's. Maybe this is our Indian Summer? Shrug! Rain coming this week.

It was supposed to start raining Friday night and keep raining off and on until Wednesday morning. The expected totals for around my area were supposed to be 1-3 inches. Well, it didn't start raining until today and last night the expected totals dropped from the 1-3 inches to around half of an inch.

It's good to hear that some areas are receiving some good rain. Hurray!

Sorry to hear that Rob. I hope the forecasters are wrong and you get more rain! Looks like most of today's rain will go north of us...but Tuesday and Wednesday look promising!
