Happy Thanksgiving!! included some dried rosemary and fresh hot pepper from the garden in our stuffing and plan to add fresh parsley too. I found that if you wrap cut washed parsley stems in a paper towel just after rinsing them the water wets the paper towel just enough to keep it fresh when stored in an airtight plastic baggie for quite a long time.
