Does anyone know of a nursery in Florida that might be willing to ship me a malabar chestnut? I'm looking for a decent sized tree...3 feet or so. Not really interested in the little braided ones. I fell in love with a tree that was blooming in Ft. Lauderdale this past summer but when I looked at the nursery there, I didn't realize that they were also called "money tree" so I walked right past them and came home empty handed. Sighing! I had a seed/nut that I picked up off of the ground but it wasn't in the best of shape and didn't come up. Any help would be appreciated.

Money Tree (Pachira aquatica) is a pretty tree. I googled and it looks like Guardino Nursery carries it: http://www.rareflora.com/store... but the price is a bit high in my opinion and I don't know what size plants they ship.

Top Tropicals has a 3 gal size listed at $24.95: http://toptropicals.com/catalo...

Thanks Lin! I'll check those places. I loved the tree and the flowers smelled as spectacular as they looked. Thank You!
