Any type of garden peas, including snap peas, snow peas and shelling peas, can be easily and successfully grown in large pots.

Funny, I grow so many things in containers, but I never considered trying peas in them! How large are the pots you're using? I know just where I'm going to try this next year!

I am so glad that you discovered they do grow well in containers and told us about it Green Grin! I have a container that is just begging for a patch of peas come spring--now. A few minutes ago it didn't know what it wanted Hilarious!

Really anything from 12 inches up will do but I like the 14 and 16 inch pots. That way each pot sets a nice crop of peas.
