It looks very much like a Sanseveria, rattle snake plant, mother-in-law's tongue. I am not sure which species however.

I agree, it sure looks to be one of the lower growing, wide leaf types of Sansevieria:
Sansevieria (
Dracaena pethera var. pulchra
)
Whale Fin Snake Plant (
Dracaena masoniana
)
Bird's Nest Snake Plant (
Dracaena trifasciata
'Hahnii')
