Kid, it wasn't much taller than a sheep, so you probably wouldn't even notice it! I'm not sure that it was much bigger than my less than 60 pound dogs!

Our cats love to stay by the stove. One of them even has singed whiskers!

Jackson love to sleep right next to the heat stove. It's way too hot there, and he's got singed whiskers too. But, he is always there, content and asleep.

By between the burners I mean that space in the middle of the top with the two burners on each side of the open space, not between the two individual burners. Still sounds bad though doesn't it ??? Cats love heat and Siamese do pretty much what they want to.

Too true Linda, I would love to have a Siamese cat once again, they are the most amazing creatures!

When I was growing up, our neighbor had two Siamese cats. They were the meanest, nastiest, scariest cats I have ever been around. They were brothers, and they hated each other. The neighbor spent all of her time trying to make sure that they were never in the same room together, because they always tried to kill each other. They were her babies though, and even though they often "sprayed" her in the face, she loved them dearly. Since then, I have been terrified of Siamese cats!

We are supposed to be having an ice storm this morning. So far nothing, which is good!!!

Siamese cats are very smart and will come when called most of the time, my first one was the sweetest cat ever, his name was Sua.

Velvet, Sua and Cane, he was a Ragdoll which of course came from Siamese.


Andy was a Balinese, which is a long haired Siamese and he could get real nasty, I bought him from a breeder of show cats and he had a tiny crook in the tip of his tail therefore no good as a show cat and he spent the first 3 months of his life in a cage and hadn't been socialized. He was my last cat and lived to be 18 years old

The weather here is 20f degrees with lots of snow, DH is shoveling and snow blowing about 6 inches of the stuff, and we are going to get more today.

The weather is typical for here this time of year and so is,....'Da' Spaz.' (actually Spank but you know how those nicknames evolve. )

Yuck on the weather Margaret! We are going to get plenty of rain here. Fortunately rain and not snow.
