Dave, where exactly are these prospective members sent with our "personal-links"?

The reason it's so hard to lose weight when you get up in age is because your body and your fat have become good friends.

They get a signup page. You can copy and paste your link, then log out of ATP and then go to the link to see what it looks like for them.

They need to actually login before you get the message/acorns. If they don't login then it doesn't count. (Signing up isn't enough. They have to click on the link in the email they get and that logs them in.)

I've looked into this and found that this user cleared their cookies in their browser after they signed up but before they logged in. Well that would normally be fine except I use cookies to track who was the referring member!! So maybe I need a different way of recording this (although this should be an isolated incident seems it seems rare and unusual for someone to clear their cookies.)

I'll manually update this to be a referral counting towards you. And thank you for the report!

@dave thank you. It is my husband. He's become quite the bird watcher and I convinced him to sign up since there is a good bird watching community here and he has specifically asked me to create a hummingbird garden for him. He signed up on my computer but activated through his email on his iphone. So perhaps that is why.

Yep, that would definitely do it. I'll soon update the system so that it doesn't use cookies but tracks it on a user by user basis instead. That will 100% fix the issue.
