I haven't gotten any T-Mail about that, Tarev. I guess I don't have what he was after.

I think I got one of those last week, I asked them to specify and received no response.

Yes, Tarev, I did get that mail. It was the second time.

Jmorth has the name! I wish that person would cease contacting me.

tarev said:Anyone got a tree-mail from someone asking for a trade or sase recently..forgot the name of that member..but I gently told the person, to post on the plant and trading forum. Did not identify his location and was a new ATP member too. So far I have not seen the person post anything anywhere.

I got one. They sent the T'mail the same day that they signed up and not posted in any forums. That makes me wary but a responded anyway and asked what they wanted to trade. I never received a response and they have never posted in any forums. This was back in November.

Yes that's the one. I wanted that person to post on the thread to test how sincere he was since he neither indicated what he has , what he wants or any background about planting anything or his planting zone location at that.

I share if I can but these days...some are so inventive and aggressive in data mining or what not. Better safe than sorry.

Gee, I feel left out. Sticking tongue out I looked back at my emails for the last 3 months, and found nothing from this fellow.

I had a couple of those too. Odd tree-mails asking for freebies and 'Uggs' (shoes, boots or something) has been an issue for me as far as spam. I had to delete the comment box on my website to eradicate them. I have always been happier with people calling me personally or emailing me for information anyways.
