Has anyone tried to grow any species of Ceanothus in the humid South? I live in Georgia, z7b-8. Would very much love to grow any of the blue ones from California (NOT New Jersey tea). I read Las Pilitas websitec - not encouraging. Thank you in advance.

I would think that zone 7 would work. I grew Ceanothus successfully when I lived in Southern England and that is nothing if not humid....
