You're so young. You were born too late for the 1950s ads for glasses that let you see through walls.

I use sea monkeys to feed my fish. LOLLLL I never read comic books, but I know about the creams that enhance things, xray glasses, sea monkeys (I actually remember the cutesy pictures of the Sea Monkey King & family .. wow)...

You can still buy Sea Monkeys.

So I ordered many of the rose seeds unsure if they'd grow or not so even tho they won't look like that... Do u think they may grow? Bc I ordered prob 6 or more packets and as long as something grows that's ok but it sucks that they can lie and get away w it for so long

About 6 years ago, a college order "black", "green", and "rainbow" roses seeds form eBay, gave me some as presents, knowing that I love growing things from seeds. It did grow each packets of them, into something like species roses with lots of spines, they were similar to r. multiflora, none were similar to any hybrids roses I ever grown from my own roses hips... Surely I never have them into flowers, toss them away after some two years.
so I think if you buy from the same seller, all rose seeds would likely came from a same batch, of a wild weedy roses

They may or may not grow and they may or may not be roses. On an other forum someone bought some and they turned out to be radishes.

On your original question, with real rose seeds, except for a very few species roses, the results can be any form or color from the seed's parentage. Just like with humans or any other living thing the babies are a combination of all the genetic materials from the entire family tree of the baby. It's a matter of which of the traits become dominant in the mix and present themselves. A purple rose seed could produce yellow or red blooms if there are some of those colors in its lineage. I will tell you that from my breeding experiences the default color and form of most roses is a 5 petaled pink bloom. I've had dozens of them to prove it!
