Melissa, That's why I prefer cuttings too, most of the plumeria cuttings would bloom on the same year of purchase (assuming you didn't get a cutting from a seedling). I have several plumeria seedlings that are as tall or taller than theCuttings I planted and some are over 2 years old (with no bloom in sight). Although I did buy a seedling from a nusery that bloomed following year I purchased it.
So Adenium seedlings may be easier to take care of too because they don't need a lot of space and they don't get too tall.
