Thanks you guys. A couple years ago I dug a really large bed for some daylilies, a variety of different things and I placed lilies everywhere in between. For a brief moment, I didn't have to wonder "where is it going to go?" The addition of that bed and a few raised beds have really improved the cohesiveness of the space here.

This is Orania's 1st season with me, purchased from Brent and Becky's 1/2 price sale in May.

I have had it in the garden for 7 or 8 years with each bulb dividing into plenty.

I'm behind and marking my spot. I have to go back and really look at all the lilies posted. WOW! They are all so beautiful!!

I'll probably kick myself later for using so much oriental pollen this year. Orientals and the time it takes to bloom them from seed are major patience hogs in my life. Even the stuff combined with orientals seems to take the amount of time an oriental takes to bloom from seed. I don't have the magic touch maybe. But I am hoping the work is rewarding....if not..well, without trying I'll never know, right?
