I agree, looks like
Brazilian Pepper Tree (Schinus terebinthifolia). We have one at our other house that my husband chain sawed down but I drove by there not long ago and the tree is huge again ... either re-sprouted from the trunk or birds have gifted us with more seeds.
We have a contract on the house and I doubt he will have time to get over there and get rid of the tree before the new owners take occupancy. They are such pretty trees, it's a shame they are so invasive!
My sister and her husband just moved north from the Fort Lauderdale area to Sebastian area here on the east coast and we went down last week to see their house ... they don't have any mature trees in their large yard at all, with the exception of a humongous Brazilian Pepper by the backyard fence. I tried to convince them to take it out ... we'll see.
