I saw the little place where you can click on the star at the bottom of the post - but I don't see that those show up anywhere else where I can then link to them. I know how to see my posts - but sometimes there is an idea or info someone has responded with and I want to save that and get back to it quickly when needed.

Yes, when you click on the little star (which isn't very visible) it will turn yellow/gold in color which means you've now saved that item. To find your starred items, go to your profile page and scroll down to where it says "Some information about Ecscuba" and you will find all the pages you've starred. I just took a peek and you have 6 pages starred.

Once you open your profile, DON'T go to either of these pages:
» Change your public profile
» Change your site preferences

Instead, page down 2-3 times and find "Some Info about Escuba".
Scroll down to the third-from-last line in that box, "Starred pages:".
