Hello fellow edibles!

I am looking for a photo of cut tomatoes on a tray for an article- can any of you help us out?

I'm all ears! I tip my hat to you.

Trish, these are tomatoes that I was about to oven roast for sauce -- if this photo helps you in any way, you are welcome to it. (Not sure whether it suits your purpose, certainly no offense on my part if it doesn't!)

I made some of those last year, and froze them. They taste great in soups and stews just take them out of the freezer and put them in the pot.

Tom - did you do anything other than just roasting them before putting in the freezer?

Nope, I just followed Sandy's recipe, put them in bags and froze them. I also froze some fresh tomatoes that I processed in the food processor, just dropped them in and liquified them, then poured them into containers and froze them. Those are also easy and great to use.
