OK, My number one would have to be asparagus. Plant and forget. And the kids (and I) love it raw.
But wow on the tomatoes, Trish!

Yum!
Do you have a large patch? How old is it, and do you have to replant?

Large for a home garden, I guess. It's about 20 X 5. Width is so I can weed it easily. It was great for about 15 years, then declined and we replanted, and it has been good now for another 5.

Same here- around 15 years for a stand before needing to replant.
I admit that we don't have a stand yet, but it is on my TODO to get the site prepared this fall and plant in the spring! I do love asparagus.

Trust me...just because it made the TODO list doesn't mean that it will get done.
